條款與條件

FOOD ORDERING

All prices on our catalogue are excluding delivery charges except from products that are on promotion.

Food presentation may vary slightly as shown in the photos.

We reserve the rights to substitute, change, accept or reject any orders.

One serving clip will be provided for each tray of a la carte items ordered. Complimentary cutleries will not be provided, please order separately.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MONDAY TO THURSDAY 10% DISCOUNT

To enjoy this 10% discount, while selecting the payment method, you should select payment by either Bank Transfer or Payme/FPS and click “Place order” to submit the order in its original price.

Within 24 hours from receiving your order, our Customer Service shall amend your order with 10% discount and inform you of the updated pricing.

The payment should be settled within 24 hours.  To acknowledge your payment, a payment proof should be provided via email or WhatsApp.

All orders will only be confirmed with full payment settled.

This discount is not applicable to payments via credit card.

CHANGES IN ORDER

Any changes pertaining to the order must be made at least 7 working days before delivery.

CANCELLATION

All successful payments deposited to our accounts are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  However, in any circumstances that you may have to reschedule delivery, we still accept order postponement under the following conditions:

  • We must be notified by written notice.
  • 7 working days or more before Date of Collection/Delivery: no handling fees
  • Less than 7 working days before Date of Collection/Delivery: Postponement is not accepted

The remaining balance will be valid from 1 month from the date of postponement (except for Christmas order of which the remaining balance will be valid until 31 December 2018).  Any remaining balance will be deducted automatically from your next order.  Any remaining payable must be settled 7 working days before the next delivery otherwise the order will not be processed.

WEATHER POLICY

Delivery service will continue during yellow, red or black rainstorm warning. Under this inclement weather condition, a certain delay on delivery might occur.  TASTY CATERING shall make every attempt to inform you in advance on the extension of our delivery window. The hoisting of rainstorm warning will not be accepted as reason for order rescheduling.

Delivery service will continue if typhoon signal no.1 or no.3 is hoisted.  Delivery service will be suspended if typhoon signal no.8 or above is hoisted. Once an alert on typhoon signal no.8 is announced by the Hong Kong Observatory, we shall make every attempt to communicate with you regarding the postponement of your delivery.  The re-delivery must be scheduled within 3 months from the date of postponement otherwise the credit will be forfeited.

SUBSTITUTION

Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order is delivered on time.  In most cases, TASTY CATERING will try to contact you to find the best solution.  However, in any circumstances that we are not able to reach you, we reserve the right to substitute any item from your order for a similar element of equal or greater value.

REDIRECTION CHARGES

For redirection of orders, a surcharge equivalent to the original delivery charge will be applicable. Please note that the surcharge may vary according to the delivery location. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.
