Under normal circumstances, the delivery person shall deliver the order directly to the designated address.  In case where the building does not have a loading bay, or the roadside are no stopping zone.  The order will be delivered on ground level.Minimum Charge: $3000 (price after discount)Free Delivery for orders of $3000 and above (price after discount)Free Delivery for Tung Chung/Ma Wan/Chek Lap Kok for orders of $5000 and above (price after discount)*Staircase surcharge applicable for delivery addresses not accessible by elevators.  This surcharge is to be settled directly with the delivery person by cash. 

How to Order

  1. Order online on order.tasty-catering.hk.
  2. Once receiving your order, our team shall acknowledge your order within 24 hours.
  3. Deposit the required payment to our HSBC bank account within 3 days upon submitting the order
  4. We shall contact you a day in advance to re-confirm on the delivery arrangements.

The above methods must be full paid, or the order will not be processed. After the payment is received, the company will send a confirmation notice to the customer.

Points to Note

  • Orders must be sent to us 7 working days in advance.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Balance payment must be settled 7 working days before the delivery date, otherwise the order will be considered as cancelled, all deposit paid will be forfeited.
  • The food is recommended to be consumed within 3 hours upon delivery.
  • One serving clip will be provided for each item.
  • Menu items and prices are subject to change without further notice.
  • Tasty Catering reserves the right of final decision in case of dispute.
  • Delivery Hours: 10:30am to 19:00pm.
